the nearness to the Ark
we stayed in room 14 and the door handle on the outside was not very secure, there were children outside running around and yelling in the parking lot, and someone at around 1 am keep trying to enter our room with their room key.

Walking distance to The Ark. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was nice. We were very happy with Sunrise Inn.
Wish there were chairs outside under the overhang roof. It would have been nice to sit outside in a chair for awhile.
Other than that, everything else was great.

Great location near Ark
Breakfast was not good. We tried 2 times to eat no food first day bc we got there an hour before closing then the next day we got there early and NO food for the crowd of people. We headed to Beans which was a nice cafe and not too expensive .
Construction was going on
Pool is disgusting but I'm sure they are renovating
Needs light at one side of bed so I don't wake up my hubby bc I get insomnia.
No hot water second day had to take cold shower after long day at Ark.
Ark is amazing though.
