Location near the Davis Red Line. Quiet residential side street. Washer and dryer. Modernized shower stall. Plush towels. Beekman toiletries.
Breakfast, while decent, was essentially DIY. I have stayed at other B&Bs where more warm breakfast offerings are offered, and once, even prepared in front of you.
Note steep flight of steps for those with rooms on upper floor.
We arrived by taxi at night. Even the taxi driver could not locate the house. I had to get out of the taxi, ask a local resident and walk backwards to find it. A lighted sign would be helpful (in the day time, we found that both the house numbers and B&B sign board were in black)!

We were upgraded to a ground floor room because my wife has a movement disability. The room was a work of art.
