I love the location. The day shift receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
When I got to the hotel I was told that the indoor pool was currently closed. I booked at this hotel bc I wanted to stay at one with an indoor pool for my daughter to swim due to the chilly weather. Well the day receptionist explained that she is able to make accommodations for us to swim in the indoor pool at their “sister facility” best western- which is next door to this hotel. I took my daughter to swim there shortly after I got there with no issues. When I went back later on in the evening around 6:30pm- the evening receptionist at the time voiced that she did not know what I was talking about when I tried to explain how I was accommodated earlier by the day shift receptionist. The evening receptionist did make a call to best western hotel concerning this but the receptionist there at the time also explained that she did not know anything about it. I guess there is a lack of communication somewhere- which is very unfortunate for guests who stay there wanting to swim in the indoor pool.
