Bathroom - clean, modern, good lighting.

Urban experience fee - a resort fee rip off juts likE Las vegas whICH is partly why they are suffering reduced numbers. Given all the taxes and service charges this is unacceptable - just build it in the rate other wise its obfuscation AND YOU GET A 1/10. Also reception staff were friendly, helpful and chatty but therefore slow and never enough on duty. Spending 5 mins chatting to somebody they just checked in with people waiting - unnecessary but that's you selfish folk (your customers) who know who you are. But staff need to handle this to be efficient. Explaining THE hotel amenities and local attraCTIONS NEEDS TO BE SOMEBODY ELSE'S JOB - BUT THEY WERE Never ON DUTY. Breakfast expensive for what it was.

During that stay, I found out my husband was in a tragic accident and your staff helped me to get on my way with the utmost discretion and compassion. Disappointing stay – not worth the stars The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the valet team and the bellmen — they were polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The rest of our stay was filled with disappointment: • Our room was left completely untouched — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no bed made. • When we reported it, we were met with excuses and no real solution. • We had to sleep in a dirty room, without any sincere apology or compensation. For a hotel that claims to be five-star, the service was completely unworthy of that rating. No follow-up, no care, no accountability. Definitely not the experience we expected — or paid for.

Absolutely unacceptable experience — not worthy of a five-star hotel I stayed at this hotel expecting five-star service. What I got was a complete lack of professionalism, care, and basic hospitality. After being out all day with my family — exhausted, with my young son asleep in his stroller — we returned to find our room completely untouched. No cleaning. No bed made. No fresh towels. Nothing. Just a dirty room and zero explanation. When I addressed the issue, I was told the “Do Not Disturb” button had been activated — a false excuse, as a housekeeper had entered our room at 8:00 AM. Clearly, the sign was not on. No real solution was offered. No sincere apology. No compensation. We were handed a couple of towels and left to sleep in a used, dirty bed. This level of disregard is shameful, especially in a hotel that claims to be luxury. The staff ignored my complaint, and I had to fight just to be acknowledged — even then, no professionalism, no accountability. If you’re looking for a place that respects its guests and lives up to its advertised standards — look elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff - please heat the pool better

Hotel was perfect, ticked every box. Big rooms for the family and able to have private areas. It was lovely and modern compared to others in the same price range and 5 stars in and around the area.

The pool it’s super cool being on the roof but it April is was far too cold even though it is said to be heated. There is only sun on the roof at certain times as the big towers opposite block the sun. I think the pool should be heated to at least 82-86f to be comfortable for guests and also young children.
