The staff at the check in counter were awesome and helpful- very polite and listenned attentively. The hotel is very clean and it is a great location .
Wifi wa so bad. I could not even check out from the room.

The rooms were very nice and clean.
We could hear the guest above walking at all hours of the night. Heavy foot. The pool said heated, but was cold as ice. It was like a cold plunge and it was not that big like the picture show. Some of the plugs in the room did not work and the last thing was we ran out of toilet paper.

floor i was staying on was in shambles. A warning of what we would be walking into would have been good to set expectations, even if it was in remodeling
