2 bedroom Boston condo in Jamaica Plain with parking

Perry contacted me several times before we visited to see how he could assist us, and he contacted me during the stay to ensure that all was going well. Our host provided excellent instructions in advance. Check-in was a breeze with door codes. The unit is spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with equipment. The unit can easily accommodate a family with young children; there was a crib, high chair, books, toys, movies, etc.. We enjoyed the location; we used the T every day and it is only a short walk to the station. The unit has a washer and dryer and all laundry supplies. It is on the first floor of a charming, older home with pretty gardens in front and back and many lovely houseplants inside. We didn't rent a car but our son visited frequently and he did not have any problems with parking. Our hosts had kindly offered parking in the driveway but we did not need it. The unit was comfortable and fully met our needs.

Bereits vor Eintreffen in der Ferienwohnung hat sich der überaus freundliche und gut deutsch sprechende Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend um eventuelle Wünsche vor Ort telefonisch und per Mail gekümmert. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Anreise war perfekt vorbereitet. Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern (7,7,9 Jahre) gereist und fanden die am besten eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vor, die wir je gemietet haben und wir haben schon in wirklich vielen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt. Die Einrichtung lies wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Während des Aufenthaltes hat sich Perry, unser Vermieter wirklich rührend um alle Belange gekümmert. Angefangen mit wertvollen Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung, bis hin zu Unterstützung in einem unerwartete Krankheitsfall.

Es gibt wirklich nichts, was wir an der Unterkunft beanstanden können.

This stay is an exceptional find and value for the Boston area. First of all, the hosts are kind, proactive, generous and responsive; Welcoming us well before the stay, asking about our needs and providing thorough orientation materials to both home and area. There is the sense they are available if you have any questions, check in is a breeze, and they are generous with space (even letting us park off street when needed) and making sure all creature comforts are provided for in the condo. They have paid attention to details throughout, even labeling lights and remotes to help families keep attention on relaxing and not worrying about navigating small things. The location is great: a short walk to the mbta. Parks and cafe (also Sam Adams) of beautiful Jamaica Plain are all right here. It’s a surprisingly quiet spot inside, too; we felt insulated from the typical noises of a city. Now more about the place: what a gem! Spacious, high ceilings, tastefully designed and terrific, welcoming spaces for a family to connect. We enjoyed a reunion around the large picnic table in the flowering backyard, a materially well stocked and pleasant kitchen, and we talked for hours all together in the open, plant-filled living room. Both couples slept well and comfortably (and appreciated the refreshing air conditioning as an escape from late spring Boston weather). There were also surprises for the kids: books, puzzles, games and a big collection of books and dvds for a rainy movie night.

Spacious condo with a really well equipped kitchen, a short distance from the T line taking you directly into Boston. Host was very communicative. Shops and places to eat in walking distance too.
