Location, great things walking distance.
Had a friction with staff in the am. I’ve stayed at this Brentwood location a LOT, like around 15? I don’t even know, maybe more. They have been accommodating my early check ins in every single one of them and that’s why I come back to this location. I’m aware is not guaranteed, but again this is Nashville, not Manhattan (where I also live). The new manager didn’t respond my questions, refused my early check in first attempt that I was OK with, came back at 11 am and tried again, said no again; tried again sitting in front of her; had an attitude with her ‘BRB sign’ she made sure I heard when she left reception. Your team knows me at this point, I come to this hotel all the time, never had problems with the other girl with the beautiful nails front desk. Once she was so sweet saying ‘I can’t check in anyone before 9-10’ which was totally understandable. I will give this hotel one last shot. I was ready to cancel my booking which she also said it was impossible; when I was already at the hotel in person, because of the attitude. I have no problems with her, even after days it happened, but Im a hostess as well who sets the tone for the stay, and this was the only time in years I had an issue. I was ready to book the other hotel next door because of this. I ended up checking in almost noon. Most of the time I don’t even spend the night. I was ok with any room, ‘upgrade or downgrade’ I said, I could care less, ‘NO rooms available’ ‘-Technically check ins are 3 pm…’ - I’m only at this location because of early check ins and the staff know me and I stayed MANY TIMES, check again. I am not a Hilton member and I don’t care about the status because I don’t need it. What I know is that I have been a client for years and build a relationship with THIS location. I apologized to her, she didn’t to me. She is new and said ‘never seen me there’ - quote. I also didn’t ask her name.
