It was such a treat to stay at this delightful flat in the heart of McMinnville.

Beautifully decorated flat with lots of nice amenities. Outstanding location. Able to walk everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in. The complimentary glass of wine was a nice touch.

It was a bit of a challenge getting our luggage up and down the stairs. No designated parking. (* But we were able to find a spot nearby without too much trouble.)

Perfect location for walking around the town. Tasteful decor, great paint colors! Great value for money - best price of all the hotels on our road trip!

There’s nothing we didn’t like - maybe the only thing to note is we were two couples and the apartment is two bedroom one bathroom! We’ve been friends for many years so didn’t bother us🙂

Loved McMinnville and 3rd Street Flats... would stay again.

The accommodations were excellent. High ceiliings and beautifully appointed ... Super comfortable bedding and sheets. A welcoming feeling throughout the abode and terrific llittle kitchen. Just steps from excellent restaurants which McMinnville has in abundance.

the keys needed to be picked up at Atticus Hotel, which was not indicated when i booked. Getting to the front door of the 3rd street flats and then calling the number listed on the door could have been avoided by providing that info before checkin. Then we discovered there was another location for 3rd street flats that we needed to walk to. All of this could have been avoided if indicated prior to check in.

Happiness depends on how much you paid for the night

If you are paying in the $200 range its fine, if you pay $450 on a weekend as I did you will likely come away disappointed. Bed was comfy, while confusing checking in at the Atticus Hotel (where they were great) then dragging all of our bags back to the car for a short drive to repark was irritating - better instructions needed (You can only park for two hours everywhere so get ready to move your car a lot during the 9-6pm timeframe. Coffee good, choc caramels great! Great for walking outside and grabbing anything you want.

It all depends on how much you paid, worst is both mornings adjacent suites left early while we tried to sleep and noise was insane. You likely wont see your neighbors but will hear them, run the fans on loud. While its roomy, the baths are so small with no shelves that you will end up balancing things on the toilet. When you spend $450 a night, not great. Been wanting to stay for awhile now and got that out of my system lol. Back to the old standbyes.

Charming apartment in McMinnville!

We loved the charming decor of our one bedroom flat on the second floor of the building. It was easy to pick up the keys at the hotel nearby. We found the apartment very relaxing with room to spread out a bit and with a kitchen to use. Coffee and tea were provided and we could walk all over McMinnville to shop and eat.

We did not know ahead of time that we had to carry our bags up many stairs, but we only had carry on bags, so that was no problem.

At $300-$375/night, we expected a luxury property; however, the furnishings were less than expected and the pillows, towels, etc. were really poor quality

Despite a couple of shortcomings mostly due to building's age and location, will stay again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The beds are huge and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. The living room is very grand.

Noisy outside in the middle of the night - single pane windows do not block the noise at all. The bathroom is tiny. There is no dedicated parking. There is no elevator.

A great alternative to a hotel !

I loved the instant feeling of comfort I got as soon as I walked in. Although our stay was shorter than we wanted, being there allowed us to relax and enjoy the welcome treats while thumbing through the different books on the shelves. We look forward to coming back for a longer visit.

We loved the decor and the spaciousness of the flat. The bed was comfortable too. Lovely!

we are seniors celebrating our 49th anniversary! We stayed in Flat 10 and climbed a total of 45 steps several times as we came & went. we survived!!

Our Experience

I like the fact it’s a private apartment. Very nice, easy to walk around downtown. There was music downtown the night we arrived. We ate at 1882 Grille on the roof. You could here the music and watch people. Good time

Just a side note: Down below was noisy, but there is a bar on corner. Can’t control that. Not about the property, but almost every restaurant is closed on Monday.
