The front desk clerk provided excellent customer service. After I requested a refund due to an unpleasant smell in the room, they kindly offered me a much bigger and better room instead. I truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue

Came in handy for last minute reservations
The door didn’t shut all the way i didn’t feel safe . The wifi doesn’t work, loud people through out the night. Cat problem also. (Couch was dirty not cleaned at all)
