The building is beautiful. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was space the bed was like a rock. The ac kept shutting off. The keys didnt work. I had to have staff come up and unlock my door and give me a new set of keys after going down twice for a new set.

The only part that needed improvement was when we got there to check in. The clerk came out of a door with a black wrap around her shoulders like she was cold and we had interrupted something. Was cordial but not friendly or welcoming. Really felt like we were interrupting something or maybe she was irritated that we had booked through Booking.com-not sure but everyone else was very friendly and kind.

Close to family, and very nice room! Clean room and staff was very friendly.

Lower cost is always nice, but worth the cost.

The week ends had good food but other days there wasn't much to choose from.

We arrived after a long day on the road, so a shower was in line. We had a room with a tub. The bottom was very slick, no mat. the grab bars were only one. You need more, like one the full length of the tub. My partner had trouble getting out of the tub. nothing to hang onto for help. Before the next shower we called for a mat. The receptionist said he would bring it up. 2 hours later I went down and he left the information with someone else who said I knew you would come and get it. HA HA!!! Thanks for helping me.
