About this villa rental

Our apartment is located in a villa, bright and spacious in a quiet residential area, amidst the green of orange and lemon groves. The villa is 5 minutes by car from the seaside area surrounded by a large garden. The accommodation has two large terraces from which there is an enchanting view of the seas and mountains. It is located on the first floor with private access, without architectural barriers.
Suitable for couples and families with children and dogs who want to spend a peaceful holiday.
It consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, a double bedroom, one with two single beds plus a baby bed, an elegant study with desk and double sofa bed; altogether 6 comfortable beds plus one (baby bed).
It has two bathrooms, one of which with shower and tub. Ample free parking at 25 meters.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: wi-fi, heating, television, deck chairs, umbrella, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.

We were welcomed by Alessia parents who were really lovely and helpful. The apartment was really clean, well decorated with a nice view! It was also very comfortable. It was exactly like in the pictures. We were off season so the village was quite empty but we were not far from the sea and the animation. The only thing that we didn't like is all the dogs barking at night. They use dogs the guard all residential houses. From there, we visited Genova, Sanremo, Alassio and Varigotti. Lovely. Of course, you need a car and to love driving in Italy with curving roads. Otherwise, all good and a very nice experience. I would greatly recommend this place.

Die Woche in dieser großzügigen Wohnung mit liebevoll zusammengestellter Ausstattung und dem herrlichen Blick über die Berge und das Meer ist wie im Flug vergangen. Die wunderbaren Vermieter haben uns großzügig mit Ratschlägen (und köstlichen Zitronen!) versorgt und waren immer zur Stelle, wenn wir sie brauchten. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Ferienwoche in Ligurien!

Ein fantastischer Ausblick jeden Tag!

Der Gesamteindruck für das Objekt ist wirklich super! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, mit hohen Decken und viel Luft zum Atmen. Der Ausblick von den Balkonen ist überwältigend. Jeden Morgen und jeden Abend saßen wir da und haben es einfach nur genoßen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Auffenthalt im Urlaub benötigt. Lediglich eine Kaffefiltermaschine hat uns gefehlt ;) Der Fußweg zu den Parkplätzen ist, gerade am Anfang, etwas anstrengend, aber nach einigen Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran. Wer es bergig mag und einen Blick auf diese und das Meer genießt, der ist hier absolut richtig. Man kann direkt vom Haus in die Berge wandern oder nutzt das Auto, um die vielen Strände oder schönen Orte zu erkundigen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (8,8,6). Mit Kindern muss man sich bewusst machen, dass es im Haus langweilig werden kann. So mussten unsere Kinder immer wehmütig auf den Pool des Nachbarn schauen. Wir hatten das Pech, dass unser Fahrzeug in die Werkstatt musste und somit waren wir dann an das Haus gebunden. Ganz besonders loben und hervorheben muss ich die Hilfsbereitschaft von der Eigentümerin. Sie hat uns immer wieder schnell und zügig weitergeholfen, gerade auch bei dem Autoproblem. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Seht freundliche Eigentümer. Die Waschmaschine war nach dem zweiten Tag defekt und wurde innerhalb eines Tages gegen eine neue ausgetauscht! Grosse Hilfsbereitschaft und schöner Umgang miteinander. Strand ist mit dem Auto in 7Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz zum Apartment in 2 Gehminuten. Sehr schöne Aussicht von der erhabenen Terasse auf das Dorf und das Meer. Tolle Besichtigung des sehr schönen eigenen Gartens der Eigentümerfamilie. Viele Einkaufsgelegenheiten und riesen Auswahl von Restaurants. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti innanzi tutto dalla gentilezza dei padroni di casa che ci hanno subito fatto sentire a casa, accogliendoci con i frutti dei loro alberi meravigliosi.. limoni.. cedri.. arance profumatissime.. inoltre la casa è stata meglio di quello che ci aspettavamo.. pulitissima innanzi tutto per poi ritrovarci nella splendida terrazza dove incantati dal panorama non potevamo fare a meno di farci colazione..pranzare e cenare.. una pace assoluta.. ci torneremo sicuramente..

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, helle und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage umgeben von duftenden Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Wir haben uns zu jeder Tageszeit sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch und haben uns ausreichend mit frischem Obst versorgt. Auf der sehr großzügigen Terrasse hat man zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne und kann bereits im April das Frühstück mit Blick auf`s Meer sowie auf die Berge im Freien genießen. Das Grundstück ist durch ein Tor gesichert, Parkplatz 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Zum Meer, bzw.in die Innenstadt von Loano ist man mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 Minuten. Sehr empfehlenswert! Ein paar Vokabeln Italienisch sind von Vorteil, da die Vermieter vor Ort so gut wie kein Englisch sprechen.
