The apartment was so comfortable and met all our expectations. It is well equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen essentials, beach gear and a streaming TV. The beds were very very comfortable. The location was amazing - you could walk to the beach, gift shops, restaurants and just s short walk to a Publix supermarket. Hosts are responsive and overall it was a great stay.
Would be great to have a washer dryer actually in the apartment (there is a pay-per-use one in the apartment block).
The one thing I think people need to be aware of is that the sliding doors out to the pool area and docks open straight out onto the public space that is used by guests in all the other apartments (that don't have their own outside space). There were often people drinking coffee, having lunch and using the grills. We felt pretty exposed. Not a problem if you are social (the people were nice) but something to be aware of if you like privacy!

Everything except parking
We had 2 couples in town for a wedding but only 1 parking spot and HOA people are like hawks on that situation

Dirty surfaces all over the place, especially in the kitchen.
