I liked the rooms, and the lobby was very clean and pretty.
I didnt like that my room wasn't ready at 3 when it said it would be and I told them ahead of time id be there around 3. Then, when they thought my room was ready, it hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to wait almost an hour and a half for our room to be ready.

Clean room, everything is new, big refrigerator, microwave. It was cheaper than others in the area and surprisingly much better than in reviews.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Pensacola for a few days.

The property was clean. Big pool. Loved the small outdoor area to sit.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Our room (130) was quit. Good parking. Good location for why we were visiting Pensacola.
FALSE ADVERTISING. It appears to be a hotel. It’s actually a MOTEL. They advertised having breakfast. One of the main reasons I booked was so we could have breakfast together daily. This is terribly misleading. “Breakfast” consisted of a small rack of honey buns, pre-packaged muffins, and granola bars. Period. Nothing else.
We had to go to a nearby Waffle House.
Also, there was a marijuana smell throughout the property. People were smoking cigarettes everywhere. You couldn’t walk down the sidewalk without getting hit by smoke.
I booked this place because of the excellent ratings. I’m sure those are FAKE.
It was just OK. Not great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at for around the same price.
