A great location across from the harbor to just walk to grab a bite and see the boats.
Staff could be friendlier with more personality. You could hear the noise from the cars traveling by and others in their rooms.

Nice clean hotel, room was comfortable and spacious. Close proximity to everything within a short walk.
Room 201 is directly above the front door. The door bangs twice every time someone goes in or out. I mentioned something to the night attendant and he said the place was sold out so there was nothing he could do.

Location, cleanliness, room size
Clunky elevator & weird HVAC controls

The people working there are great! Friendly and helpful.
Parking was an issue.
Workers showed up early across the hall to do major noisy work.

"The property was in the perfect location. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The lobby was so peaceful and zen like. The hosts were full of information about the area."
