Hotel Review - rating out of 5 Name of Hotel - Hyatt House, Naples (3*) Cost - £141.25 per night - please note that there is a $29 per night, plus tax, parking charge Address - 1345 5th Ave Sth, Naples, Florida Date visited - 18th to 22nd June 2026 Please note - We are trying to provide an overview for travellers with wheelchair accessibility needs. They took a $200 security deposit, and we had to pay the parking charge up front Getting to/leaving the room - The lifts to the rooms were quick and accessible. Room/Suite, etc - NOT ACCESSIBLE. We booked a one-bedroom suite, so although it wasn’t accessible, we knew we would have ample room Ease of getting in and out in a wheelchair - The door to the room was wide, but it was heavy as it was a fire door. Mick struggled to get the door open by himself. Room for the wheelchair and luggage - We had lots of room as we had a one-bedroom suite with a balcony. It didn’t cost a lot extra for this option. Bathroom - The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. There was a step to get into the shower. There was a shower mat to put on the floor for stability when standing. There was a lot of room for toiletries and ample towels. There was also shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Facilities WiFi - Yes Swimming Pool - Yes They also have a hoist by the pool for disabled guests. Gym - Yes It’s mainly bikes, running machines, and cross trainers. There is a cable machine and two benches for free weights. There were also mats for stretching, etc. I used the gym once, but found it quite busy with couples/groups sharing machines. I did get my workout completed, but it took quite a bit of time. Mick found it impossible to use because it was busy, and he had limited equipment available.

Our balcony was incredibly disappointing. There was a large wall/canopy blocking all views.

Ideal location! Just off of 5th ave and about a 1.5 miles to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The location and the views are excellent. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are OK. The mini fridge worked excellent and it had a microwave oven so that was definitely great. The shower pressure was good.

It's too expensive for what it is in general. Also, they charge a $29 parking fee per night. Also, the pool bar is pretty expensive. All that adds up in the final balance. Also, be ready to be charged an up-front additional for anything you may break. But our biggest dissapointment by far was the breakfast. It's not what it used to be, the quality went notably down. The scrambled eggs were kinda liquid, made with that industrial egg slurry they sell in gallons. and I saw other people next to me complaining about the same. The bread has a good quality, but the toaster they have is a total failure. You have to put the bread four of five times to have it "toasted" and there's a line of people waiting for their bread to be toasted. There was a pancake making machine that wasn't working. These are the things that make you question about the total value of what you pay. Also, the check-in is at 4 PM so super late, and the checkout is at 11:00 AM

This is probably the most on unattractive hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom is ridiculous small. To charge $500.00 a night for a veryry ordinary room and then charge $29.00 to park is insulting. It looks like a santarium. There isn't even a pencil or scrape of paper to make a note on, or a paper napkin with the coffee.maker. There is no large screen TV.. Thank heavens the place is clean and the staff is lovely.. It's real letdown to come to Naples, Fl and then stay in this bare minimum no charm and no atmosphere hotel is a let down to say the least.
