Breakfast was good, room was quite and clean.
Special thanks to Miss Donoso in the front desk. She was super friendly each time I saw her.
The rest of the people working at the hotel were attentive and very polite.

The location of the property
The bed was hard. The complementary breakfast was nasty and cold. The staff stated rules of hotel without being able to show proof of documentation when you ask for it. Whatever they say goes.
