Beautiful interior. Avoid units below another unit.

Good look and feel of the room, it was clean and well decorated. Heaters all worked well in winter. Staff is supportive and handles all issues well.

Thin floors, like sleeping under a heard of elephants. Not a big issue most of the property doesn’t have upper units at all.

Clean Lodge

The room we had 108 was clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids stay. The parking was ok one night we had to park behind the lodge which a walking path to our room was a few steps away. The heated pool was not on when we got there but it warmed up a day later . The ping pong set was outdoors and they have a basketball stand . We used all the amenities. Would recommend and stay again.

It was a nice relaxing.

I’m always here with my family and enjoy a nice swim and walk around the property with my kids. The place is well kept and clean with lots of fun things to be outside like the ping pong table and lots of picnic tables and chairs to sit and have a nice meal.

The jacuzzi was broken the day we got there. It was fixed the following day but we didn’t go back because we planned other activities. The fact that I got a Refresh bag with a list to check off for the things that I needed to be refreshed on a daily basis and I did that the next day left my bag the night before to be picked up in the morning and have clean items or needed items put inside the bag. It was never picked up or Refreshed. The bag was there the whole weekend.

Uncomfortable for the first night

Unbeknownst to us, the bedding had bedbugs and we were all bitten. We did switch rooms the next day but feel the first night should have been refunded. We have stayed with you many many times over the past six months and this was the first time experiencing something like this. We do enjoy your accommodations otherwise. We will stay with you again.

Decided to find another place to stay.

When we looked at the room and pool (no restroom either) we went and found another place to stay forgoing the money we paid for the room. We had to wait a long time for the front desk/manager to come out of his living quarters. The entry was awful and the ice machine was a little counter top that you would have in your home (an indication of the amenities). It is a misnomer to call it a lodge.

Wonderful, restful mountain lodge.

I absolutely loved this litle property. We ended up in a HUGE room with a wonderful fireplace. Very romantic. Not far from Arrowhead and other mountain spots. The grounds were nice, and we even built a snowman on the property.

There were a lot of stairs to get to our room.

Immaculate Cozy Keeper!

I am in love with this place. The space is immaculate, very clean and well kept. it is evident that the hotel is a labour of love and not someone’s “job”. It is genuinely cared for and loved on. They thought of everything you need and nothing that you don’t. The little details - down to the property map & surrounding eateries - like the phone numbers of each one on the map! They are helpful, kind, thoughtful and warm. We are up in Big Bear frequently, but when we go to Snow Valley for bike racing or skiing we will be staying here.
