Good look and feel of the room, it was clean and well decorated. Heaters all worked well in winter.
Staff is supportive and handles all issues well.
Thin floors, like sleeping under a heard of elephants. Not a big issue most of the property doesn’t have upper units at all.

The room we had 108 was clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids stay. The parking was ok one night we had to park behind the lodge which a walking path to our room was a few steps away. The heated pool was not on when we got there but it warmed up a day later . The ping pong set was outdoors and they have a basketball stand . We used all the amenities. Would recommend and stay again.

Unbeknownst to us, the bedding had bedbugs and we were all bitten. We did switch rooms the next day but feel the first night should have been refunded. We have stayed with you many many times over the past six months and this was the first time experiencing something like this. We do enjoy your accommodations otherwise. We will stay with you again.
