Good location, kids pool, waterslide.
Pool/pool area needs resurfacing/fixes.
Room door sticks, needed to push hard to get in and it would slam shut.

Beds were comfortable room was clean, breakfast was good.
We were hoping to use the jacuzzi but the water looked green and it smelled funny…no thanks. Air conditioner in the room didn’t work very well. It was July and warm but this is no excuse. We stayed in room 320.

It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. The waterslide in the pool was an amazing surprise for my kids!
Liked there was actual hand wash (and not just a bar of soap), and all the toiletries, an added plus they were refillable so helping the environment!
The breakfast had decent choices and we loved the cinnamon rolls!
The courtyard was a nice spot to gather with our family to hang out.
Overall a nice stay!
The roof had a leak in the front lobby.
There were only 2 bath towels in our room and we were a family of 4 (not a huge deal, I went to front desk to ask for more).
The breakfast was good, but both mornings we were there I had to ask for a refill on the coffee as it was out. One I had to wait 5 minutes bc they forgot to brew another. Again not a huge deal, but an area of improvement. The worker did seem to be checking things so maybe I just got unlucky.
The pool area was soooo hot! We were trying to hang out and relax in the pool area while the kids relaxed (after my Mother-in-law's funeral) and it was unbearable.
The emrgency door was propped open, not sure by who, but we sat by the door which helped with the fresh air.
Didn't like we couldn't have food in the pool area.
