Breakfast is fine but limited comparing to other hotels I stayed in before, especially for Hilton hotels, I would expect more! I got only 2 bottles of water on the day I arrived. I was hoping to find more in my room as I used to.

Nice room. The welcome on the tv was a nice touch. Would stay here again. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Clean and quiet

The body wash was empty and when I texted a staff member, no one came to fill it. Those “let us know if you need anything” must be bots. Definitely make sure the soaps are refilled. Had to use the hand bar soap. Also, I wish the breakfast was a little longer. I like to sleep in but it would be nice if breakfast is until at least 10:30 am.

Perfect for our event.

Rooms very spacious and the location was perfect.

The breakfast. Coffee urns were empty, no spoons or forks, no fruit left. I'll admit I went 20 minutes before it closed up but it was very picked over. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

ROOM - LOCATION

I LOST MY ROOM KEY AT DISNEYLAND. THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK GAVE ME ANOTHER ONE BUT STATED THAT I NEEDED TO KEEP UP WITH MY ROOM KEY BECAUSE THEY HAD A SHORTAGE OF KEYS. I ASKED FOR ONLY ONE KEY WHEN I CHECKED IN, AND USUALLY FOLKS GET (2), SO I FELT LIKE THAT COMMENT WAS NOT NECESSARY AND HER TONE WAS THAT OF SOMEONE TALKING TO A CHILD INSTEAD OF A WOMAN WHO WAS PROBABLY THREE TIMES HER AGE. THE LAST TIME WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL, THEY HAD NO KEYS, AND WE HAD TO BE LET INTO OUR ROOM EACH TIME WE ARRIVED BACK FROM ANY EVENT? NOT SURE WHAT IS UP WITH THE AVAILABILITY OF ROOM KEYS AT YOUR FACILITY, BUT I AM MOST CERTAIN THERE ARE PLENTY OF FACILITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ROOM KEYS, ESPECIALLY AT THE HOTEL RATE I PAID.

Our stay at the Hilton was overall a wonderful experience with the exception of breakfast.

I loved the amenities such as the pool and hot tub. The location of my room was situated near the elevators and ice machine. I also loved that our room had a full kitchen, desk, two beds, and sitting area. The welcome screen when we first walked into our room was such a nice touch. The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast was tasteless, and limited in options. I would have loved to have had options such as pancakes, waffles, turkey sausages, and lactose free milk for my child to enjoy. We were grateful that breakfast was included with our stay however, we were disappointed in the quality of flavor.

The pool opened till 10 on the weekends.

They did not clean our two rooms as scheduled. Then when asking about it at the front desk, the woman was not very caring. I first tried to call from my room but the phone cord keep falling off and I had to call a couple times. The front desk was not very accommodating so I went downstairs.

Didn’t like asking for towels or room cleaning. Only received 2 towels at any time. Not enough. Room was never cleaned during our 10 night stay. I understand cutbacks, privacy, understaffing. But after 4 or 5 days the room should have been refreshed without being told to. Glad we’re not slobs! I guess this explains the bags of garbage and piles of towels in front of rooms. Not listed for cleaning that day. And there is a list! I saw it on the cart and the front desk checked too.
