Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful - Aly and Sara. Breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast but presentation was nice. The pool was warm, but not cleaned during our visit.
The pool should have been cleaned but was not. I swam in it our first morning and the same leaves and dirt were still in it when we left on the second day. Also, we were promised free breakfast when I signed up for Hyatt Rewards, but we were still billed for it and did not catch it at check out.

Pequeno-almoço surpreendeu pela positiva, apesar de muito americano, em termos de disponibilidade e qualidade, ainda consideramos melhor do que os outros hotéis já experimentados na América. O quarto é super espaçoso e confortável, de fácil acesso com as malas. Piscina agradável, mas com pouca disponibilidade de sombra.
