William the resident bird and the staff was very nice
Maybe some cream and sugar packets in the room for coffee and some teabags for people that don’t drink coffee

GREAT stay at the Molloy!! The place was quiet, quaint, and clean. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and nice! We had a kitchenette and cooked very basic meals during our stay (the Publix is .3 miles away - VERY walkable). The bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, and the pool was warm. We put our room’s wicker basket outside for towel refill and it was filled with clean towels in the morning! The beach is wonderful - towels, chairs (you have to carry them out to the beach yourself but they are lightweight), AND umbrella were available to us from the front desk!! SO clutch for a short trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, helping us with whatever we needed. The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the LOCATION make this a spot we would definitely return to again!!!
SO minor, but no dresser for clothes, no tissues in the bathroom, and only live cable tv.

Such a charming little motel right on the beach. We arrived quite late after driving from Orlando and the staff were lovely checking us in and welcoming us into our room. We loved that it was right on the beach, and the staff allowed us to stay a few hours after check out to enjoy the beach since it was a slower time of year. I'd stay again.
The walls could use some fresh paint and the room was quite warm despite it being December and us having the air con on all night.
