This property was close to our family that we were visiting and close to many amenities. The room and property were clean. The price was great for five nights. The hotel has a nice lobby and decent breakfast.
The parking was a bit challenging as the property is located next to another Marriott hotel and it was quite busy. Yet, each night of our five night stay we did find parking.

seemed clean enough, no funky smells.
the breakfast was a HUGE let down. Sausages were gone, Oatmeal was gone, only 3 yogurts (all plain). Even the water pitcher was empty. Garbage cans over flowing, mentioned it and they were never addressed. No table had been wiped. Seemed like staff training was mussing on how to run a food service,

My family and I really like the location of the hotel. The food options in the area were great. The staff was very friendly and when checking in I asked for a view of the mountains and was very pleased with our room location so we could see them every morning. I will be staying there again when I am back in Orem.
