Decent stay.

The front desk clerk greeted us with a smile upon arrival. She was very welcoming and friendly. First impressions mean so much. The room was clean, and quiet..and had great air conditioning.

There was mildew around the bathtub..and the hotel could use some renovations and updating.

room comfortable, bed comfortable, staff friendly at check in but not at check out.

It is a hotel that has workers in many rooms playing loud music, tv, outside and in, smoking in their room across the hall, in hallway, and no attention to care for others. The TV in room beside played so loud it woke me several times and did not go off until 7 am when he left for work. Front desk did nothing. No coffee at 6 am made, young teenager who had hat on backwards, unfriendly and did not offer to make any fresh. Left without breakfast because honestly I was afraid that he looked so unkept that he should not prepare anything for me to eat. Lousy stay, would never return. So many options, we picked because it was 10 dollars cheaper and on booking site stated spa and pool. No spa available and was so tired at that point, went to room disappointed. I just will avoid this chain in future.

Nice stay

Convenient, budget price. The bed did our backs good, in spite of it being hard. Makes us think about going out and buying a firm mattress when we get home.

Bathroom not as clean as we hoped, The musty smell in hallway and elevator.

Overall it wasn’t bad, but not having a functional toilet was inconvenient

Toilet didn’t barely worked when we first got into the room. Told staff and scheduled to have maintenance look at toilet. After maintenance looked at the toilet, the toilet didn’t work at all.

Everything was great at a much needed time

Bath at the front desk and checking you anywhere is fantastic. The rate that I got was there was better than I had anticipated. The breakfast was good and it was a great experience.

This is a safe, convenient and comfortable place to stay with friendly staff.

The location is great. It is easy to find. Parking was ample. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was as expected. Staff was responsive, friendly and helpful.

The bathroom floor in our room was covered in a sticky film. The level of workmanship in bathroom was surprising in a disappointing way. There were gaps with missing mortar between the floor tiles and tub, and the tiles and the wall. Someone tried to "goop" caulk on it, but failed. Everything seemed to function, but it was disappointing.

Could have been okay

We were exhausted and went immediately to bed .Our TV didn't work. When we asked for assistance we were told we would need to change rooms to the 2nd floor.. Got dressed, repacked and went to the desk. My husband is 80 years old and was very upset. I proceeded to the desk to change keys while my husband ranted in the background about the TV, I ignored him but the clerk was offended even though there were no threats of any sort only complaints about the lack of TV. The clerk asked us to leave or he would call the police. We asked for a receipt or refund, got neither and left. We have stayed at Quality Inn many times and felt the clerk overreacted. Since we booked through a 3rd party, I doubt we'll be reimbursed. An all around failure as we have no proof in our possession that we never stayed.
