Hot tub was great, everything was very clean.
When we asked the front desk for more towels and an extra laundry bag she told us “that’s not a me thing you need to find housekeeping”.

The ac unit was a bit loud in the room. It woke me up a few times the first night.

It was nice, and clean!
Only one elevator was working, I’m 82 years old, and we were on the 4th floor? I’m pretty sure this has happened here before? I found out there was one time that I know of, that none of the elevator’s were working! I heard it was a Mess. They should offer something for the inconvenience! But they did not. Oh and there were 2-3 wedding groups there, so the Hotel was packed. So one Elevator, a lot of waiting, and stairs, if you can use stairs?? The Hotel itself is really nice, but they need to spend some money, and Replace the Elevator’s! They are making a lot of money. But stuff like this will hurt you. I don’t like writing this kind of negative stuff, but it might be the only way to get the Attention of Hampton Inn’s People! Thanks, Richard W!
