Ocean Trail 102

Placement to beach was right out our door. The wind and ocean sound was phenomenal. Unit was surface clean but could use more deeper cleaning of vents, under furniture, etc. as a lot of dust was present in vents and AC unit.

Upon arrival we were immediately harassed by two residents claiming to be "board members" who got aggressive and yelled when asked to show us where it is in the rules or posted that we could not back into our parking spot. No signs were posted and it was not in our Condominium rules provided. The agency needs to provide the full and correct list of rules or have this behavior formally addressed. This set the atmosphere of the trip as negative right off the start and left a poor taste in our mouth. If we were missing one rule, there may have been others and we did not want to be nitpicked for our vacation. Holiday Co and RedAwning need to address this behavior or update their information to be accurate on expectations of guests. Harassment should be addressed and tolerated.
