Beautiful villa situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region in a hilly position amongst olive groves and vineyards. Wide-ranging views over the surrounding hills may be enjoyed from both the house and garden. The house is surrounded by grounds with fruit trees, well-kept, blooming and equipped lawn (built-in barbecue) and the swimming pool (5x13,5)(01/05-30/09) with a covered gazebo. Access to the villa via 200 m of dirt track road in good condition which continues to another villa. Possibility of maid service on request and to be paid on the spot. Baby bed available. Central heating and air conditioning throughout the house (excluding the kitchen). Parking.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.; A pet up to 30kg is allowed upon request and upon payment.
ACCOMMODATION: (375 m2) Mezzanine gr. fl.: Entrance via a few steps, large living/dining room with fireplace (satellite TV, CD player) and access to an equipped covered terrace that runs along two sides of the villa, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the garden via a few steps, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath. 1st Fl.: (attic): living room and 1 bedroom both with doors opening onto a rooftop terrace, 1 bathroom with shower. One room on first floor is locked. From the entrance, going down a flight of stairs, you access the basement level: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (1 bathroom has a washing machine). All the bedrooms are provided with ceiling fans for ventilation. LOCATION: 2 km Vagliagli (grocery shop, pharmacy, restaurant, bus stop), 15 km Castellina in Chianti, 16 km Siena, 50 km San Gimignano, 82 km Firenze.
Tourist tax per person/day 2.00 Euro
Refundable deposit (to be handed over on arrival) per booking. In cash 500.00 Euro

We really enjoyed our stay here, the house and location are both excellent and the owners of the property are very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool and grounds are beautiful and the high location offers amazing views towards Siena. I would (and likely will) return to this property without hesitation. The driveway leading to the house is unpaved but also quite short, so access was fine with a regular car.
