The room was clean and neatly organized. The bed was clean & comfortable. We will stay here again.

The customer service was decent but can be better (more friendly).

Free water, detergent were a pleasant surprise. Management could have done better with having coins for the laundry service. Once I arrived my last name was switched with my first name. I was turned Away by management and a front desk clerk, looking for my reservation for about 30 minutes.. With no place, family at Mardi gras. I returned and spoke to another clerk and she found my reservation THERE. they first clerk and Mgr. advised me NOT to use your 3rd party billing or any other agency to book (Silly to say, yall work together to help your uncooked rooms] SAD , too much to text. I left my concerns and complaints with the front desk and asked for a return call with. my business card but NOONE was considered 🤔 female manager needs professional front counter manners, talking across the room at me asking how she can help me and expecting me to answer NOT knowing what I needed while she's eating 🤔 It's okay to be resolved at work, but she thought she was home is what she gave. Be friendly and professional
