Enjoyed the location and view.
The breakfast was nice and it had a pool (too cold to swim so early in the season but will be enjoyable in the future)

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was large but the layout was not useful. The couch wasn't positioned to see the TV. Also the couch and arm chair were dirty with stains. The tub used to be a jet tub and thus was taller than normal and tricky for short older persons to get in and out of. The finishes were obviously old and dated. The bed was comfortable. There wasn't a lounge area inside other than the breakfast room. The swimming pool was in the parking lot and not appealing . There wasn't a nice outdoor space either-on the last day we noticed 2 rocking chairs and a bench outside. Also TV viewing had no premium channels. The breakfast was okay-scrambled eggs were better than most hotels. There was a extra charge to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for $25 a day. But we just wanted to rent for an hour or 2. most people brought their own chairs but we flew there and then rented a car.
