Bay Inn Hotel

Location excellent for business in ocean view section of Norfolk as well as for fun at beach!

Difficult to control access of a fly or two because of beautiful interior lawn area. Rather have lawn and deal with pesky fly or two.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice outdoor garden area with seating available for guests, convenient location, easy access to the beach & good amenities.

The only thing I didn’t really care for was the bedding, i.e. bed covering, pillows, blanket. It was adequate, but I would have preferred a bit more plush and comfy.

a great little beach side motel that reminded me of the kind of places I stayed at with family when I was a child.

nothing...it was all good.

The room was clean, and the bedding was fresh, comfortable, and inviting. These details made the room feel well-maintained and provided a comfortable place to rest, even with the disturbances at night.

My stay at the Bay Inn Hotel was disappointing. The TV in my room did not work, which detracted from the overall experience. There was also a considerable amount of activity outside my room at night, making it difficult to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. Overall, the experience fell short of my expectations, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve the comfort and satisfaction of future guests.
