Not too bad

The room was clean. Had a nice shower, but would have preferred bath tub.

Way out of the way. Hard to find. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room, had to go to front desk to get more. TV wasn't working, had to have them fix that as well.

Clean, quiet, basic accomodations

The motel is in a quiet area (much appreciated!) and in easy walking distance of a good Thai restaurant and the main street. The room was no-frills, but had all of the necessary things that were in working order.

There were no hangers or hanging rack for clothes.

Find another place to stay.

The young lady who checked us in was very nice. The room had definitely been updated and was clean.

The location was scary looking. The exterior of the building was very run down looking. I felt unsafe. The room should have had an additional deadbolt and additional privacy curtains but did not. Another issue was poor customer service. Our fridge and microwave were not working so we returned to the office where an older lady said yes the fridge was fine but the switch just wasn’t on. ??? Sure enough, she went up with us and you have to turn on a wall switch to turn the fridge on. I explained that we had items which needed refrigeration and asked how long it would take for the fridge to cool down. No clear answer from her. We asked if there was a different room where the fridge was already working, she said no but the place seemed to have about half occupancy. Basically, she didn’t care that our room was not attended to properly or that we might lose some of our groceries.

Eh…

Good central location in town. We were there for a softball tournament and booked for 6 days. Room was decent for the price. The owners/managers were decent/polite to deal with.

The room was never restocked with clean towels or linens. We asked for a clean towel and were told it would be brought later. Several hours later we received 1 towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth for our family. One of the towels appeared to have a mold spot on it. We asked for garbage bags, never received them. Our kids team was out of the tourney a day early and we asked for the one day to be refunded and were told no. There was limited parking. I asked to park in their “visitor” spot and was told no. The owners/managers then proceeded to wash their car in that spot and left the car parked there for a few hours.

The Bed was surprisingly comfortable

Dirty, poop stuck on the outside of the toilet bowl. Toaster oven didn’t work, called front desk to see what they could do and they said that it was old and they were planning to remove it soon, but there was nothing that could be done to replace it or help cook my kids a frozen pizza. A pizza I purchased because I saw the toaster oven in the room and it was the only option being so late at night when we arrived.

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

We traveled by motorcycle, the motel was conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants and pubs downtown. The room was clean and quiet.

There was not an ice machine on the property.

We loved the in-room breakfast cooking device.

Bathroom fan was out of order and we couldn't figure out how to use the stay-on fan switch to the air conditioner. We would have asked for help if we were staying mo re than one night.

Everything very clean and comfortable as far as the room was concerned.

I wasn't happy with the location it was back behind the main Motel almost like in an alley. There were guys sitting back on the grass as we went into a room. I think they were workers. I didn't like the fact that the pillows fell off the bed because there were no headboard. I felt very uncomfortable when I was checking in and a man was standing there swearing profusely and they were swearing back at him and tell him to leave and he slammed the door as he went out. I'm sure this was just bad timing on my part as this probably doesn't happen very often.

The biggest problem I have is that there is a $100.00 deposit required, however they charged my card that and now I have to wait 7 days for the refund!

Pleasant

I thought the rate was kind of higher based on the amenities offered. No continental breakfast, no ice available. Having said that, I did not book out at least a week, so I'm sure I could get a better rate. I mostly picked this location because it was off I84 and thought it might be quieter. It was quiet. The beds were comfortable, so given all of that, the stay was pretty good for 1 night.

Actually, it's not the type of place to have an ice machine or breakfast offered, so I think they did pretty good. The gal whom checked me in was very nice and pleasant.

It was peaceful and enjoyable.

It was close to everything and the room was nice and fresh. Staff was friendly. They we’re remodeling/painting and making improvements. Looked good. I really like the mirror above the sink. With the light and defrost on it. That was neat!

I have a truck so no where to park. I had to park on the street. Beer cans and trash outside peoples doors instead of the dumpster (which was also full)

That we had a roof over our head

The staff was never around to answer any calls our tv did not work at all, the heat/ air cond was no happy spot either way to hot or freezing cold. Mold on ceiling of shower. Our toilet paper was slim and no extra roll provided. I would of been ok if the price was 40. A night I would understand the lack of.... But 70 a night was overkill!

First of all no one wanted to help us, and then they charged me $100 deposit that was nowhere in the details on booking.com, saw a possible drug deal go down in the office, they have bed bugs..I have been eaten alive, had to buy my own toilet paper. And we turned the heater on but it smelled like it was going to catch fire.
