It was clean and the staff were friendly.
The pull out sofa bed touches the actual bed in the room so we couldn't walk between them when our son was sleeping. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and they don't give you new towels daily unless you ask.

Location to the mall was good, and it was fairly quiet. Staff was all very friendly.
Very cold pool which was a huge reason for our stay, mediocre breakfast, lots of planes take off directly above this hotel (Didn't notice the noise as much when we stayed on the other side of the mall previously). There is also a fee for parking for some reason which was not disclosed when booking? Seems like a sneaky way to try to get more money out of you.
