The ease of entry. We were assigned a parking spot in the same floor as our room. The staff was professional and friendly. The resort was large and beautiful. The amenities were nice. We enjoyed the music and the lights at the pool, It was also nice to be able to order food at the pool. We enjoyed a musician on one our nights at the pool. The breeze, music were very good.
The beach and water were beautiful but very crowded. The room was nice but could have been updated. The balcony appeared to not been have cleaned.

The room has ROACHES!!! Needs an up grade carpet was nasty curtains were nasty and needs to be replaced the balcony needs pressure washing the toilet seats needed changing it felt li a low budget room

I like the location and the view.
The staff is rude with exception of the housekeeping. Also the shut down the pool the whole day due to “pH of pool”. It’s upsetting because we paid for that experience to swing in the pool with view of the beach. Multiple guess were complaining and the staff as rude.
