the pet rules could have been more clear up front. I called the reservation # to specifically ask about a pet friendly room, they gave me the wrong information. I got the right information when I called the property directly, but the upgrade to the pet friendly room was not expected (although paying extra for the pet was).

For any weekend getaway, this is the place to be.

We had a wonderful stay! Navid’s warm, attentive service made us feel welcome right away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of parking and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The spa treatments with Dorothy and Jyoti were incredible, truly a highlight. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to Main Street for coffee, happy hour, and fun local shops. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Nice location

Overpriced. Not a resort as marketed. AC, exhaust fan, and TV did not work. Also, they had our booking dates incorrectly. Pool fairly old, semi dirty, and you could feel the gunite bubbling up as you walked on it.

Be wary... and know you might not get what you expect.

I felt the location was great being close to central Guerneville and walking distance. That was a great bonus as you didn't need to get in your car and have to drive and find parking. Plenty to do in town and great spots to eat and go visit. The gentleman who checked me in (owner I think) was polite and very attentive.

What is posted...is not what you might get. When I attempted to check in, the hotel didn't have my reservation confirmed with Booking.com and was a little worried it might not go through. What I paid didn't match the photos. There is no views of a vineyard...from a hot tub balcony...and the room was good but not what I felt paid.

Lack of upgrades and level of property made this a huge miss for us.

The location and staff were great.

The place was not clean. Birds, wasps, spiders and webs throughout the property. Pool was not up to date for the $350 a night during the week cost. Not recommended.

Friendly staff

Naviv was very nice, with great customer service, and made me and my family feel right at home. I will definitely book this place again in the near future. The rooms were clean!!

The only thing that might need change is to notify the customer at least 2 days in advance, not the same day that the room you booked is not ready but you can upgrade for extra $40.

Nice Location but needs upgrades and deep cleaning!

The vineyard view was lovely and the location was great. Navid at the front desk was awesome and lobby was chic and charming. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Our room wasn’t very clean and had a musky smell. There was evidence of the bathroom, tub and bedding to indicate that cleaning is not being done efficiently. There was debris on the floor and hair in the bathroom hair on the bedding. I cleaned the tub with chlorox wipes, which were filthy. Very outdated furnishings and The refrigerator buzzed loudly all night. There was the biggest bug I have ever seen in my life outside the door. For almost $400 I expected much better accommodations.
