Private jacuzzi on the balcony
The fan in the bathroom took forever to turn on. The curtain for the shower kept falling off the wall.

It was fine for what it is.
the pet rules could have been more clear up front. I called the reservation # to specifically ask about a pet friendly room, they gave me the wrong information. I got the right information when I called the property directly, but the upgrade to the pet friendly room was not expected (although paying extra for the pet was).

I felt the location was great being close to central Guerneville and walking distance. That was a great bonus as you didn't need to get in your car and have to drive and find parking. Plenty to do in town and great spots to eat and go visit. The gentleman who checked me in (owner I think) was polite and very attentive.
What is posted...is not what you might get. When I attempted to check in, the hotel didn't have my reservation confirmed with Booking.com and was a little worried it might not go through. What I paid didn't match the photos. There is no views of a vineyard...from a hot tub balcony...and the room was good but not what I felt paid.
