It served the purpose but was not worth $125 a night on a Sunday ands Monday night.

Close to the mall. It was a suite

The staff was not pleasant. The WiFi would not connect even after i asked for assistance. Access code was not the issue. It just wouldn’t connect. No hand soap and wet eye given a used one from another room when we asked for some. No creamer for the coffee.

Filthy, unsanitary, disgusting

The only good thing was the location

When I got to the second floor and the elevator opened there was a bag of garbage that's clearly been there for a while. The next morning a second bag had found it's home outside the elevator door. Does the staff know where to take the garbage or is bags of disgusting trash acceptable the hallway. At the end of the hallway there was even more garbage that wasn't taken care of. I'm not sure if the staff is lazy or if there's a lack of staff but there's also a lack of manners amongst the staff. They weren't very welcoming or hospitable. They are in the business of hospitality, why couldn't they be friendly and hospitable. I'd rather risk totalling my car then come back to this filthy place. I didn't even sleep under the blankets I slept over them because I was worried about the cleanliness after my first impressions. Gross

Easy to get to, safe parking lot

Mattress was uncomfortable, ac wasn’t putting out cold enough air, nothing seemed deep cleaned. Employees weren’t wearing uniforms or name tags. Seemed like boss was out of town.

Good room design. Comfortable bed. Mostly clean.

Lack of attention to detail. Some paper products limited or missing. Dirty microwave. Shower caulk needs to be replaced — moldy looking. Tons of street noise through the night.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location.

Our bathroom was not clean. The toilet was dirty and they only had a half a roll of toilet paper and we had to ask for more. There was one tissue in the Kleenex box. When asked for more the person had no idea what I was asking for and just said we don’t have that and I can give you toilet paper.

Location near most of shopping and restaurant. The room was big has big refrigerator and microwave. There is Landry room and free coffee all the day.

Not cleaning the room every day and when I request a cleaning they did not clean the bathroom.

Jelissa was friendly, helpful, and courteous. she made our stay more pleasant.

We found it difficult to access the property. On arrival there were only two forks and two knives available in the kitchen. The toaster did not work. There were no paper towels or toilet paper. There was no unflavored creamer for the coffee and no sleeves for the cups. It took a while to get these items. The water was cold in the pool.

A NIGHTMARE!!!

The two people ‘of color’ who checked me in and assisted me were wonderful! The sadness is how filthy and sunken in the bed was…by ‘American hippos’ no reflection of the staff.

Nightstands were covered in ‘sticky stuff’, floors were also unclean…Specifically, covered in sticky stuff from droppings from the counters.People are gonna want to keep your shoes on -ALSO, HUGE balls of hair ****SOOO NASTY..on the floor! The ‘free’ washers and dryers were Soo BEYOND DIRTY/scummy/filthy…. Im ANGRY to be charged money to be subjected to this CRAP!!!! I’ve gotta continue warning other people with any standards….this won’t stop here!!!…glad to add…YouTube,TikTok,instagram,etc

Friendly staff; very helpful and informed about the area

The room was spacious and clean.

The elevator would shake, jerk, and hesitate when going up. Also the ceilings to the room were brown and tattered. The paint was peeling.

Staff was super super nice, and it was a good location for getting to the beach.

No one cleaned the room in our 4 day stay, towels were not replaced, had to ask for towels every day and one day they said they had no clean towels

Went into the first room and nothing was cleaned, dirty dishes in the sink bed not made the bathroom was a mess. I asked for a different room and luckily got one. It was somewhat nicer but still not very clean.

Room was comfortable and nice

The staff harassed me about payment for room that was already paid for and threatened to kick me out. We had confirmation from booking.com that it was paid for, but they still continued to harass me and my partner our whole stay. Not happy with staff treatment.

No breakfast. Shower had pink mildew around the caulk

We received a call in the middle of the night - phone rang 2 times. When we answered no one was there. Shortly after, someone opened the door do our room and was pounding on the door. My husband ran to the door, flipped on the light and was yelling at them to get out! Seems it was the front desk and they said they did not show that we were in the room. We checked in about 7pm and our Key Card worked all evening and we paid for the room. It was a terrifying experience to be woke up by pounding on the door then the door being opened in the middle of the night. We had the security lock thing across the door so they did not come in the room, but it scared the crap out of us.

Great central location

The room was nice and included a small kitchenette. That was helpful since I could bring food back and reward it for extra meals. Location was great. Central to everything. Minutes from Presque Isle which was why I was visiting.

I'm not sure the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. There were no bath towels in the bathroom and there was a used bar of soap in the shower.
