Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

Location was less than 6 miles from my event. Staff was welcoming

Breakfast selection could be better. Breakfast staff was great.

Things were as expected. We stayed for 6/7 days. would have been great if the towels were changed everyday

Elevators and the ground floor toilet could use work

Location good, near things I needed to get to but you did take a back road to get there. Breakfast was fine, both hot and cold foods that were typical. Very nice big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed.

We had an issue with our room door and no key would work. Even after charging the doorknob or issuing new keys several times. So every time we needed to get into our room someone from the front desk with a master key had to escort us which they did. They were accommodating but it was inconvenient. Don't know why they didn't put us into another room. There were two air units in our room. No matter what warm temperature we put the one on very cold air flowed out, so we had to turn it off completely.

Staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.

We have stayed in other Hyatt Places recently and they were much better maintained. The refrigerator didn’t work, no soap or any other bathroom amenities, there was no hotel tv menu for entertainment, streaming options nor a cable guide to even search for a specific channel and the phone wasn’t even connected to call the front desk to inform them of these issues.
