Instructions for Keurig seemed to assume the machine was empty of water. It wasn't. So my hot cocoa overflowed - luckily not also overflowing the catch tray (which I emptied and cleaned). Either staff should make sure Keurig is empty or instructions should be modified.

Good location, close to shopping and restaurants and right off the highway. Nice area.
While I loved the mission of this property and the room was acceptable, the building itself was run down. Carpets need replacing, lobby smelled, etc.
