Had a slight issue when we first arrived but the staff was quick to fix it. Enjoyed having the full kitchen and grills on the property. Definitely will stay if back in the area

It was quiet , clean, comfortable and attractive. This place has always had a great reputation and it seems like the new owners want to keep that up.
The front desk clerk, Judy, went above and beyond in hospitality. She also helped me when I struggled with the tv (my technological inadequacy).
When I found out that one guy does the maintenance, groundskeeping and most of the cleaning, I was gobsmacked. Saturday morning (not too early), some staff was out power washing one of the buildings.
The location can't be beaten, convenient yet basically in the country. I highly recommend.

Olaf the “patio” was two metal chairs and a container for cigarette butts beside the front door of each room. Musty smell was in the room. The place seemes full of long-term residents including several living in RVs.
The room was not not fully cleaned. A bag of food was in the fridge. The sink and shower had hair, grime, and unwrapped soap. The coffee pot was very dirty. No coffee filters. No table or rack to put my suitcase on. Toilet didn’t work well—the water level was so low that it wouldn’t flush my business in over 10 tries, even when I filled the tank with water from the ice bucket.
