The location was fantastic! Traveled for Prince Celebration 2026, good view of mural; was within walking distance of restaurants, stadiums, music venues, shopping. My room was a suite and quite large! I was completely surprised by the amenities included. Would definitely get a room like this again .

Room was spacious and facilities were clean. Strong security in hotel with card access required at all times.
Front of house staff were very rude on reception. Upon arrival it was a very rude welcome of 'who let you in' after guest had come out of the door. On the next morning we asked to leave our bags and then had a very rude sign and gesture as if it was a hassle for the receptionist to move our bags into a storage room. Very disappointing.
