Hampton Inn & Suites - Minneapolis/Downtown

Good location. Skywalk takes you directly to Target Field. Restaurants and a Target in walking distance. First Avenue right across the street where Prince played in Purple Rain. Also hotel was very quiet. Never heard anybody. Very clean.

Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows way too soft. Had to go to a Walmart and buy pillows. Must get back before dark because there's a lot of riff raff going on outside. Must pay to park in a parking garage when it should be offered free by the hotel. No pool which wasnt horrible but people who have kids and want to swim will be disappointed. Also its the same breakfast everyday. A good variety but after the 3rd day it would have been nice for it to be changed up.

Location definitely. Great breakfast options. Very well appointed room.

Breakfast was good. The location to the ball field was amazing. The sky walk made it hte perfect place to be.

The parking knowledge was very confusing. The staff did not explain the QR code at registration and we ended up pulling a ticket. There needs to be more udnerstanding on that.

Room was spacious and facilities were clean. Strong security in hotel with card access required at all times.

Front of house staff were very rude on reception. Upon arrival it was a very rude welcome of 'who let you in' after guest had come out of the door. On the next morning we asked to leave our bags and then had a very rude sign and gesture as if it was a hassle for the receptionist to move our bags into a storage room. Very disappointing.
