Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham

it’s was close to every thing and it was pretty clean and the breakfast was great

i only paid $60 for my room but ended up paying 100 dollars extra for my two dogs to stay as well and there is no dog area for them to use the bathroom no special amenities for the dogs so i felt $50 for one dog is extremely pricey i will not be using this place anymore cause my dogs go everywhere with myself and my girlfriend

The breakfast was amazing. I especially liked how the chef Elvis came out each morning to check to make sure all was well stocked and greet people.

The gym was a MAIN reason I stayed here but the equipment was in terrible shape. Two of the three machines there did not work !!! Need to add new treadmill and elliptical urgently.

It was convenient and clean.

My first night we were in room 106. The toilet was too low. I think it was room 106. The air-conditioning sounded like a tractor-trailer. On our way back home stopped again to rest. Room 406 the toilet was leaking and it smelled like sewer back up. I placed a tower over the drain to block out the spell. I informed the young lady at the desk of the issues.

When we checked in, I was actually really shocked. It was a beautiful hotel and they seemed really attentive at the front desk and wanting to help us and be welcoming. He came in and the rooms were very nice. I really like the touch of having the seat in the window. The showers have an amazing heat and power to the water pressure which is great. They have a breakfast in the morning. However, we’ve stayed at Windham before and they want you to communicate with him through text. The phone was unplugged and the plug did not hit the phone. I finally figured out how to get unplugged in, but they would not pick up any calls. We needed a new comforter the next morning, and they would not respond to the text for the new comforter for four or five hours later and listen to them that we flagged down the mood to help us it was great and they said they apologize that nobody was paying attention to the text. Not an issue that I’ve ever had in the past any of the other Windham where they’ve been quick to answer or text or any issues during that time. The DIRECTV also went out and we tried to get a hold of them on how to fix the TV nobody ever did respond back to us. Even after they apologized for not responding back about the comforter, the first time. We went and bought food so that we can use the grills that are on the property. We were told that there was a propane as well as a charcoal. There was only a propane grill. It was dirty and disgusting. They were out of propane and she told us soon so they could fix it would be two days later when we wouldn’t be staying there and that was after we went up to the front desk because they don’t respond to text even though they want you to communicate with them through text. I will also say that I don’t think that they clean the filters on the AC very well because every time that we were in there, I was coughing and choking. My throat hurt not feeling well.
