Wild West Retreat

This property was as authentic as described. It had just about everything -- stocked kitchen, woodburning stove, grill, newish appliances-- that we would have wanted. The house has a kitchen island with six bar stools, OK for us but I think others might have preferred having an actual table to dine at. There were laundry facilities (yay!) and also thoughtfully a water hose for cleaning dust and mud off hiking gear. The location was perfect for access to the hiking trails and to the small businesses on the main highway. The property has hens and a lot of flowering fruit trees.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The Barn is beautifully designed and very comfortable. So many nice touches including the front porch and upstairs balcony for relaxing. Very clean and well cared for. Very gracious hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer.
