In the immediate vicinity of the house there are all the services: bars, pubs, restaurants, dance halls, natural and historical beauties, bus stop, pharmacy, market, butchery, etc.

From the house you can easily reach the suggestive Seno della Purità beach on foot, the beach is at the foot of the ancient walls and has a beautiful view of the lighthouse of the Island of S. Andrea.
