Location was convenient. I liked that if I needed towels or sheets or toiletries the staff was kind enough to provide them without question. I liked that I always found parking close to the entrances-that was convenient.
It was dirty. I didn’t like that the front desk staff was not available when I needed them. I had to go out to the front door to ring the bell to get someone to come. Breakfast was meh. I mean the eggs ran out quickly and they were not refilled. I was really grossed out by the uncleanliness. I did address it at the front desk, but they don’t have enough staff to clean. I saw 1 person cleaning the entire floor. I was told there were 2, but never saw the second person. The lady was pleasant and helpful, but still not enough personnel to cover all the duties. The people at the front desk should do more to help clean if they have down time at night. Only My opinion.
