Close to gas station and nice views of the mountains. Quiet location and felt safe.

Had to travel on a very busy highway to get to events or downtown Chattanooga.

Simple, straightforward, clean and plenty of parking. Love the colored lights outside at night.

The price for the rooms was great. The rooms seemed to be updated and the inside of the hotel seemed to be modernized also. The staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was good for what we needed which was just a place to lay our head. They have coffee in the lobby at all times which is nice. Depending on how you like you're water pressure, this shower is like a pressure washer which we love but kids maybe not.

There was a bit of noise later on from both above us and next to us. The breakfast was not great, not ready on time, and multiple things were either missing or not working at the time of breakfast. The hot tub wasn't working for the few days we were there which we were looking forward to.

Location was good, the gas station across the street was nice. Good recommendation for Odell's pizza and deli.

The staff at the front desk didn't know I had booked two rooms so when she finished checking me in, I had to ask about the other room and it took twice as long. The toilet seat is 12 inches off the ground, so it's hard to get up from being young and healthy but for the my older aunt it was difficult and for my mother who just had hip surgery, it was damn near impossible to get herself up. I requested that one of the rooms be located by the elevator because my mom recently had surgery and has limited mobility. They gave us the room farthest from the elevator. The breakfast wasn't good. The room had no remote and when we went down to get one, staff gave me a broken down one that barely worked. I knew La Quinta's weren't good but my mother insisted, but with trying to save money, we tried it. Big mistake, won't be booking again.
