The location was great, and the room was clean. The customer service was great. The rooms I asked for were given, Thank you.
The drain in room 420 was clogged a little. It took some time for the water to go down. In the second room, the microwave was not working. She went downstairs to see if they had one, and there was not one available. So she went to bed hungry so she wouldn't eat cold food. Because they could not eat the food, they left it in the room to be thrown away. I believe everything else was great.

I liked that it was clean and security seemed good. The staff were very friendly and explained things well. The air conditioners in the room were great as well.
I wish that the coffee was drip style instead of the concentrated push-button machine style.

The staff were very nice and helpful! It was in a great location to where I needed to be. The staff were the best part of our stay.
The room smelled a little musty, there was no air conditioning in the hallways on the 3rd floor or elevator, the bathroom wasn't very clean, there were hairs on the shampoo, bodywash and conditioner bottles. We found pills under our bed when I dropped my charger. The breakfast was stale bread for toast, hard bagels, muffin, or pancakes you could use as a Frisbee. The pool looked dirty.
