location was good

expected nicer facility for the money, room looking into the parking garage so immediately had to lower the shade, you could smell deodorant from the carpet, the bar area dirty, side table and menu sticky from spilled drinks so I mentioned this to the waitress and the answer was " because people were sitting here all day long " and wiped the table but the laminated menu still remained sticky, main restaurant was not open took uber to historic Davenport hotel which I thought was the hotel we booked, didn't know there are three Davenport hotels

Location great. No pool or sauna, but close to riverwalk. They do have a Level 1 EV charger

Be wary as the phone prompt asks for booking for 10 or more rooms. That was the worst night sleep I’ve had since college in the dorms. Called security (who did come) but craziness till 430 am.

Awesome Hotel/Thin walls

We had an excellent stay until the neighbors got home and had sex all night moaning extremely loud for like 1am til 5am we called downstairs twice they said they would contact them. But the moaning went on its a hard thing to explain we had my 9 yr. Old daughter and her 2 cousins from Spokane 10 yr old girls staying over us as adults trying to figure something to say on behalf of the Gal screaming like a dying seal lol all night. Beautiful room although, Large, Comfy would definitly stay again

Room didnt meet the expectation

Lobby was neat, staff was nice.

Room had old food in the fridge which made the whole room smell. Old Chinese food, had to stick it outside the door like in Vegas just to get the smell out. Found quite a bit of other trash. Wasn't happy about it.Didnt like that that didnt have access to the Terrace area at all or time frame as to when it would be open either. Directions to anything anywhere, parking nor any events or access to anything was super not user friendly even for people who are internet savvy and in there 30s. Imagine how anyone older would have felt. No description on how to use the elevators or anything. Very confusing location.

Room was clean and comfortable The room's location was perfect for me. The staff were excellent (all round) The fact that you helped me honor my late son's birthday with some cake at no cost...(which was delicious).....I am eternally grateful....forever grateful.

There was no shower gel, thank God I had some ;-) May be have some mini toothpaste somewhere in the room ;-)

Glamorous for Spokane

This is a very glamorous hotel right next to a lot of Spokane's major attractions. We stayed one night passing through. It was a little more expensive but we didn't have a lot of options as we booked late. Everything was clean and we even had a view of the town. Staff were very friendly!

The pillows were too flat for my preference.

Perfect short getaway for my wife and I.

My wife and I have stayed here before to see a show across the street. Staff was great. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Great service. Used the valet service and that just made our stay more carefree.

Unable to stay longer. Not enough time to take advantage of the spa. Not enough time to have dinner in the restaurant. Non alcoholic beer selection leaves something to be desired.

It was “just” a nice looking room in a nice building.

The property overall is nice looking. The building is large and fancy. The room was big, beds were comfortable.

Right off the bat finding the entrance to the parking garage was challenging. I had to do a lap around the neighborhood to find it. As it was my first time being there, it was a learning curve. At check in they tried to charge me for the room although I already paid. They charged me $50 for “incidentals” I have no idea if I’m getting that money back. The hallway to the rooms were kinda dark and the ice machine / microwave area was bleak. The room was exactly as was in the photos. No extra amenities, no fridge/microwave. For $250+ a night, it was super basic. The toilet was low flush and the shower water pressure was a really sad. I had a partial view of the park, but the windows were filthy so my photos were blech. Door dash couldn’t deliver directly to the rooms, so I got to sit in the lobby looking for a stranger with a bag like a drug deal. No prices on the menu in the room, so I assumed that it was too expensive to order in. Was there a gym? No idea.

the water bottles in the room were kind of gross. they used to have davenport water, now it’s pure life. it comes from denver public drinking water, which is kind of odd. multiple additives in the water too. i figured davenport would at least have natural spring water in the rooms. also, i requested peanut brittle to be in our room upon arrival, as a surprise anniversary gift to my wife. they confirmed it would be there. but upon entering the room, it wasn’t. i had to go down to the front desk and ask about it. they ended up giving it to me, and were very nice about it. but it ruined the surprise.

Hidden fees! The usual taxes. But also a $20 Marriot charge just because they can. Also paid to park in their garage, then had to pay AGAIN to leave the garage!!

Overall pretty good stay just a few minor things awry but they won’t keep us from staying again!

I enjoyed the free champagne while waiting in a huge line to check in. My check in went really smooth and they were super helpful in getting my rewards account linked to my stay. Very kind on phone when having to call for help or questions. On the downside the fridge on our room did it keep food cold period so had to throw away some amazing leftovers from the restaurant downstairs. Also no blanket on the room, just felt like sheets on the bed. We ended up covering ourselves with the robes in the closet since we like to sleep in a cold room but cozy under blankets.

I like the location, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the view. The receptionist at the check in desk, Sunny was very friendly and helpful.

Because it’s located in downtown, you can hear loud cars driving by periodically. Washing basin and toilet bowl are all cracked. The toilet seat is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping staff are not well trained and provides spotty service. The elevators are very slow and unreliable. This hotel can use an update. The hotel stay per night costs a lot but doesn’t meet the standard for that price range.
