I went to the office more than once to talk to staff and it was locked with no one available. Eventually I found someone and requested clean towels and they were delivered promptly.

Lots of things that appeared run down. Bed had a hard metal thing sticking out from the frame right where I needed to climb out. Trouble with the tv, no tissues. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms. No closet or suitcase racks. Location was not near any restaurants

Fair value for money and clean rooms, but needs maintenance of buildings.

The rooms were clean and had all the expected amenities (TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, soap/shampoo). Good TV service, that made my kid happy as he enjoys morning cartoons in bed when we stay at a hotel. Plenty of parking available.

The outdoor hallways of the upper rooms need some maintenance. There are soft spots in the wood of the flooring in the hallways and it felt a bit unsafe going from parking lot to the upstairs room.

The hotel was close to our destination, and overall it was comfortable. I would stay there again.

The room was nice. It was clean, and the bed was comfy. The maintenance man (Bill?) was running the place and he was very helpful.

The shower was awful. The water knob was stuck and almost impossible to pull out. The knob (clear acrylic) was full of mold. EW. The water pressure in the shower was horrible because half of the water came out of the faucet, and the other half out of the shower head.

Comfy and peaceful space

Clean, quiet room and comfy bed/pillows. Property Management: Mike was attentive to inquiries. He found a DISH remote to allow me to change TV channels. The building was away from the road, so it was peaceful. Room 302 heat worked great as did fridge and microwave. Late checkout allowed was much appreciated!!

A towel rack is needed in shower room, desk lamp is needed (no light there) and remotes need to be programmed to turn TV power on and allow volume control without walking to the TV and manually having to adjust on side of TV. Hence remote control :). Coffee was not Wolfgang puck (as printed on cups) and it was bland/flavorless. Tap water was scalding hot, I would turn down the water heater a tad. This would also save energy :)

A staffer called Mike was really helpful and got us another room. Front desk staff was not very helpful.

WiFi did not work. TV did not work. Called front desk. After three attempts to "fix" it they sent a staff person who agreed with me that WiFi was not working. They moved us to another room, where the WiFi worked but the bathroom floor was dirty with visible grunge in every corner. One washcloth provided for two people. When we went to check out, there was no one in the office and door was locked. A sign on the door gave a phone number to call for help, which went straight to voice mail. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up.

Overall a bad experience from booking.com and the hotel.

Booked the July stay in January with booking.com. Also paid in January. Upon arrival at the property were told we did not have a reservation. Showing confirmation to hotel staff didn't matter. We then were forced to book a room onsight for $80 more the the original booking. Hotel said they weren't willing to contact booking.com.

Room did not have any trash receptacles. In the shower there were large containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was no soap available at the bathroom sink. The outside of the hotel was in disrepair. The inside condition was acceptable. Was pulling teeth to get a 2nd set of towels for a 2 night stay.

Accommodating and Clean and Comfy

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Allowed us to stay an hour longer since we checked in close to midnight. Room was clean, fridge was already on, bed had extra pillows and was comfy. Shower was amazing, lots of water and lots of pressure.

Good location, VERY POOR maintenance and housekeeping.

Location

Room smelled, the pillows/cases did not match and were poor quality. The headboards were dirty, the dark framed full length mirror had holes that looked like they had been filled with white putty. The lamps and shades were old/dusty/stained. Worst of all the bathroom smelled terribly. The floor was DIRTY so we didn't take off our shoes unless we were in bed. The bathtub had hair in it with an approximately 12" yellow stain. We didn't use the shower because even after someone mopped the bathroom tile floor with Pinesol, it still smelled badly. If there had been vacancy at another property I certainly would have left. NOT worth $221!!

Adequate but for the price I expected a little bit more cleanliness.

Check in was smooth. We arrived later than expected (10pm) but no problem there. The front desk person was nice and led us to our room.

There were no towels in the room, and I had to send my husband back down to the front desk to get some. One of the towels he brought up had a piece of cookie stuck to it which was concerning. The sink had blue stains and looked like it was not throughtly cleaned from the last stay. The tub also had blue stains. Overall the place didn't seem very clean.

Perfect.

the room was a wonderful size. The property is well maintained. Everything was clean and I felt very safe with the layout of the rooms. There was nothing isolated or too far away from other rooms but it was also a good level of noise control.

When we arrived the wi-fi was out but the attendant was clear that it was being fixed and it was back up and working fine in very short order so even when there was a problem they took care of it. The coffee maker in the room was a little peculiar and is not designed for using your own coffee. But that's a very small issue.

One Night Stay

A quick one night stay on our way back from Yosemite. The staff was really nice, but our room was a little hard to find and we were right next to the washer and dryer. The location was easy to get to. The rooms were nice and large. Bed was comfy.
