The house finds itself in Santa Lucia de Tirajana Municipality, 500 meters high, half way between the coast and the top mountains. It is an ideal place, not only to enjoy a tranquility environment, but also to set as a starting point for excursions to different places of interest in the island. Santa Lucia village is only 200 meters away where you can find 6 restaurants, 1 supermarket, 3 corner shops, 3 bakeries and beautiful streets to walk around.

The property was very spacious, clean and very well equipped. Set in beautiful surroundings .Our host Carlos was fantastic and always available and helpful. A car is a necessity.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Santa Lucia, das einfach wunderbar ist. Die Wohnung bietet alles Notwendige. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos war immer ein Vergnügen, er selbst immer außerordentlich hilfreich. Wir würden immer wieder gern hierher kommen.

The apartment was great, tidy and as shown in the pictures. Also a great location to access the mountains.Carlos was an excellent host, he sorted everything out easily and was always available on the phone if required.
