NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE

Clean, comfortable and great value!

Very clean room. 2 Comfy Queen beds with deluxe mattresses! Neighborhood was quiet at night. GOOD Area. Included refrigerator, microwave and electric water pot. I especially liked the added secutity locks on the doors for added security.

The elevator was old and dirty - it reminded me of elevators in old buildings in NYC. Extra small, slow, and a little jumpy! But it worked! It needed an upgrade... or at least a really good cleaning and a new coat of paint!

Besides the good location, nothing is really good: very dirty, not well maintained, and lack of furniture.

There are 5 stained/dirty pillowcases out of 8. Bed sheet has old stain. The room has only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel; 2 towels were dirty. There’s a hole in the ceiling (might be missing a light fixture). Shower floor and floor towel were very dirty. Tv has no local news channel. There’s no lamp/ light on night stand. Not worth of stay. The hotel pool looks like a fish pond, of course never see anyone in it in this hot weather.

They've been working hard to rennovate the whole hotel and it is a major difference. Coming along well.

I don't like that I have to be directly in front of the water when I turn on the shower because one shower door opens and closes and the other is in a permanent spot. The permanent one is the side closest to the the shower head and knob so you have to get into the shower and be directly in front of the water when you first turn it on.

My trip to Bokai

Everything I miss my friend Kevin he was a hard worker I hate knowing he's gone.

There has been no breakfast and the wifi is not steady it's always in and out it's hard to conduct business.

Not much. I'm still trying to figure out how they were enhanced the pictures because, the actual room was nothing like the pictures.

The room was not clean. The pool/hot tub were inoperable and they had the entrance chained closed. It was noisy and the grounds were unkept.unkempt. They advertised having breakfast which was not available and the dining room was being used for storage.

I have to invite my friends to come visit me it's really nice here.

The room is my favorite it feels like home away from home, the restroom is close and being disabled i have to have it close. I can't walk or stand or sit in one place to long and being able to go to the pool which is close to my room helps with water therapy for my legs. I still get movement and exercise in when it is warm.

There isn't anything i didn't like maybe only that there isn't a way to open the gate when i order uber eats, because i can't walk because i'm disabled so having a way for them to bring me my food would be good. other than that everything is perfect the service the staff the people are so kind and nice, and meeting people in the pool is fun too. taking music out and enjoying the pool is the best part for me.
