It was clean, quiet and close to the lake and walkable to downtown stores. It was small but adequate.
Bathroom was small and the shower could use updating but again everything worked and was clean.

Near the Lake.
Parking. If one stayed in the house, you park on the edge of the street. Things get tight if one is between two large pickup trucks.
