Overall, it was nice, but some things can be improved.

Our room was very nice.. The location was perfect.

On Friday night around 11 to midnight the pressure washers outside were very loud and disturbing. We were trying to enjoy the use of our balcony. That’s the noise was very loud.. the attached room beside ours were very loud and had kids trying to open our door from their side of the room. The room above us had kids who ran around nonstop. It was very noisy at all different hours.. we have stayed here before and really enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice property. My husband brought a bottle of very nice bottle of scotch and asked for a glass to pour it into and we were told there were no glasses available. All we had was a plastic cup in the room.. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for the price of renting the suite I to have glassware in the room.

Kaitlyn and Blake were awesome. Great customer service. They were so helpful and nice. We needed a shower chair and it was quickly delivered by Kaitlyn. We appreciate that.

A Fun and Festive way to spend our 38th Wedding Anniversary

We loved being able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants from our hotel. The restaurants were first rate, and we had a great time.

Location is perfect. Lots to do during peak times.

Close to everything. Easily walked to everything that we wanted to do.

Construction. They couldn’t help it, but it was loud. Also, everything opened late (if it opened) and closed early. Assuming this was because we were there during the week. Also could use humidifiers in the room. Being so close to the water, the air was moist.

The generator above our room on the 4th and when I asked to changed room at 1am the night staff Blake was disinterested and made me drag my stuff and my child across the hotel instead of letting me more it at 7am. He was so unprofessional Currently works are going on outside so it’s expensive for jackhammers at 8am

Loved the view from the room of the Lake, and live music. Activity without traveling outside the Boardwalk. The Restaurant choices was diverse. The crowds were friendly for any group without any safety concerns.

It’s in the heart of Kemah Boardwalk. Very conveniently close to events, shops and restaurants and seaside!

The time was very spacious and clean and the location was great. Steps away from some great restaurants as well as the live music stage.

It was confusing to get out of the parking garage. We did not receive a ticket when we entered. My understanding was that parking was included with the stay however, when we left we had to exit minus a ticket which meant we had to pay the full day rate.

Very nice hotel, but disappointed that my grandson didn't get the wonderful trip I planned for him.

The room was nice. My grandson and I really enjoyed the comfort of the king-sized bed. The pool was exceptionally nice. We also enjoyed being on the boardwalk with many places to shop and browse right below us.

Could have been warned about the construction and demolition that was right out front of our balcony. Water sprinkler play area was also under construction. Bought 2 all-ride passes, but was only able to ride 1 ride due to reduced staff not wanting to man the small children's rides. We left because it was too hot just to stand in front of the rides waiting for a staff member. The Bordwalk Beast wasn't running! The Aquarium Restaurant's Icee machine was broken, so no souvenir cup - he doesn't like soft drinks! Businesses on the Boardwalk opened late if at all. No microwave in the room.

I need someone to contact me. I made a reservation and then had to cancel. I then did a new reservation. The stay went well, the problem is I have been charged twice for this one night stay. I need a credit for this second charge.

Decent stay

The quiet policy wasn't enforced past midnight there were guests banging doors which was very disturbing. My sister who was in another room also complained of dirty sheets - she called for new ones & delivered promptly but not acceptable. We worked in the medical industry / Healthcare so cleanliness was # 1 priority

We booked 3 rooms - the location / view was not what we expected. It was obstructed and we were facing the construction site.
